Adjustable punch clamp for refrigerant gas recharge; opens up to 2". It is pressed on the copper tube to perforate it on one side only. Through this hole, and thanks to the constitution of the clamp that allows it, the refrigerant gas is recharged and sealed with a complementary clamp (Sealing Clamp VA-201). Once the gas passage is sealed, it is cut and welded so that there is no leakage. This method for refrigerant gas recharge allows more recharges to be made on the same copper tube. The clamp works on refrigerant tubes with different sizes from 1/4" to 7/8" diameter.
