AVALY tube benders are designed to shape metal parts and the process will depend on the thickness, diameter and material the object is made of. Our units are controlled by means of a double-acting lever. They are designed to be used on different materials to be bent: copper, aluminum, steel and soft stainless steel. They have a clamp that attaches to the tube; a disc or semi-disc whose periphery is shaped like the outside of the tube being bent; a rotating lever from the center of the disc with a half-round end that attaches to the tube being bent all the way around the bend. They have an opening on one side that allows precise bending up to 180º with minimum effort, a balanced and graduated scale that shows the bending angle. Their handle allows a 90° starting position. They are accurate and durable, offering the service technician a tool for fast and efficient bending.
